Well, I never rated you good because I think the word is inapropriate in your case!! There shoud be an optional word such as 'brilliant'.

You are fabulous really! So patient! Thank you and so sorry for all the
trouble. I had typed the letter on
'Microsoft word' and wrote Galluchat bigger then Table Lamp to show you the different in size for the web site. I just noticed that the example didn't work when I pasted it into the email and that all the characters were reduced to the same size. Anyway I guess you understood what I meant regarding the sizes of letters as you got it just the way I wanted it. J.F.
